The service here is truly exceptional! ❣️ Everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and polite from the moment we arrived. Someone greeted us immediately and got our information. I was a complete hot mess arriving with a toddler, car seat, and a large box of belongings, and without even asking, multiple team members stepped in to help carry everything. I had a great experience at Moore Cadillac from start to finish. Joseph Kim and Noah were professional, friendly and straightforward. There was no gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics. The car was priced right, presented well and was even detailed. It was truly a five star experience and I recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying process.

Took over a month to work out a deal on a used car. The salesman I worked with was not super attentive via email which was frustrating. When we finally got the deal worked out, I went to test drive the car. As the sales person was driving the car around he claimed the TPMS sensors “just came on.” In actuality I found out today at the post purchase inspection that it has no TPMS sensors and they will be $1800 to replace at the dealer. Quick service and helpful employees
Generally a good experience. However, customers should be mindful that the services recommended are within their control and do not blindly accept. I’m disappointed that services recommended were already performed or were not close to being needed. For the inexperienced owner that is not car savvy, following the recommendations blindly is what they might do and spending money unnecessarily. All that said, Moore does the maintenance that I need correctly, which is important to me.
After moving from another state I researched many Cadillac dealerships. I am so happy I chose Moore Cadillac Chantilly! From the moment I arrived everyone I came in contact with was patient, caring and kind. My service wait time was shorter than the time it took me to drive to the dealership (bypassed a dealership 10 minutes from my house). I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle. They appeared to struggle isolating an issue with a new car. They ordered parts (still not received/installed) so unknown if they fixed the problem. Got an estimate on body work to be done. Likely to get it completed but took them 2 days to create an estimate. Had to contact service department to get the status of the work being performed and when I could pick up my vehicle, instead of them let me know. They did provide uber from and to dealership, which was a positive. Overall a "GOOD" experience.

I purchased a Cadillac Escalade from this dealership for well over $100,000. I previously left a critical review because Super Cruise stayed “unavailable” for more than a year even though my subscription is active through 2028, and my first service attempt was poorly coordinated—I could not get a clear answer on a loaner and lost a reserved late appointment.
I am updating that review now. The second time I scheduled, everything was handled correctly. I received a loaner, the work was done as it should have been, and Super Cruise on my vehicle is working.

The service personnel promptly met me and guided me to the waiting room. Although the wait time for the recall service was longer than expected, I was happy with the service provided by the dealership.
I have no idea how long it really takes to flush out a transmission system, but I was there for nearly 5 hours waiting. The end result is what appears to be a brand new car!
