This dealership is overpriced and its hard to get in touch with the service department. I had to contact them to find out when my car was done or get any information out of them period.

After this service visit, I completely lost confidence in Moore Cadillac Chantilly. Two issues appeared immediately afterward, and rather than addressing my concerns respectively, the Service manager, was dismissive, condescending, and made inaccurate statements about my vehicle's service history. After 18 years as a loyal Moore Cadillac customer (since 2008), I left deeply disappointed, feeling unheard, and knowing I can no longer trust or recommend this dealership.
No commitment treble management I had a very bad experience i bought 2024 Cadillac Escalade more then 3 months is pass still no have a hard tags and the dealership issue 3 time temporary tags I will not recommend to buy a car from Moore Cadillac Richmond
The dealership has been responsive to my needs and requests in a timely manner. When a service requires an extended period of time a loaner was provided. The service so far gives me confidence that such high quality service we be provided in the future.

Kraig in service is great, work with him if possible. This started off as one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Long story short, Kraig took care of it. He's professional and actually follows up.

I did not purchase my previous Cadillac from this dealership, but after the first time I went to the service department I was so impressed. I only service my vehicle at this location and now when it’s time to purchase a new one, they really came through for me.

Working with Moore Cadillac was a smooth and straightforward process. They kept me informed of updates along the way while the vehicle was being built and shipped. Completing the paperwork was easy as they had all forms prepped upon arrival.
Poor Service Advisor coordination, follow up and completion. Did not complete a belt replacement I had approved. Did not check on warranty coverage before starting work, and charged me for other covered work even after I repeatedly asked about coverage.Did not provide and explain work performed and invoice upon checkout. Dealer is also only repair shop that charges surcharge for credit card use. Very disappointed.
Noisy, due to construction. The sales staff seems to go out of their way to remember the name of their respective customers.....that's different from most car dealerships. My service associate was very polite and attentive. My only concern is that there is an enormous turn around in the service associates. I have owned my car for almost 5 years and never had the same associate a second time.

One of the worst service experiences I have ever had.
I brought my Cadillac to Moore Cadillac after receiving a service promotion and scheduled an appointment to address an issue with my driver's seat recliner. Before handing over the vehicle, I clearly explained that the seat would move forward but would not move backward and specifically warned them not to move it forward because it would leave me unable to properly adjust the seat.

Had my best car buying/trade-in experience with Joseph Kim. So many dealerships have pushy, aggressive salesmen and managers. Joe was the complete opposite. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful; no off putting pressure or games. The whole process was smooth, with a fair trade-in and clear explanations. If you’re looking for a car, Cadillac or not, ask for Joseph. This is was type of experience I expect!
Incredible experience all around. We arrived later in the afternoon, but everyone was exceptionally accommodating. The entire process was streamlined and efficient, but not forward or rushed. We felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire experience. Adrian was gracious enough to facilitate our test drive while Joe was assisting another client. I have appointment but also i waited 40min to check- in. They were saying every advisor is busy and saying sorry. I have to say to this service center is if we have to wait then why we need the time appointment. My time is important so to yours. So please respect and value the other time as yours. Purchased a Certified Preowned XT5 and have nothing but issues. For the most part, they are relatively small issues. However, when mirrors don’t automatically adjust, lane assist works intermittently (dash light/control no longer works), it’s a driving hazard and terrifying. Grateful for purchasing the extended warranty because the thermostat needed to replaced recently and there was a known issue with water impacting the wiring that would set off the car alarm at obscene hours. I was appalled when I went to pick up my car and was told that if I used a credit card I would be charged 3%. Moore is not some “mom and pop” business . Also I was never told this up front so I did not bring a debit card. This was an affront to a long time customer on her second Caddy
My service advisor, Kraig Gough, special ordered replacement tires for me, notified me when they came in and scheduled an appointment. He kept me updated on progress of installation and alignment. Final price was same as the earlier quote.
Services were good , but the time it took to complete from start, to finish was slow.

I had a great experience with the team. They were knowledgeable, patient, and appropriately persistent. I worked with Steve Stoner. Great guy. Very personable and attentive. He identified options I hadn't considered before and worked to get me exactly what I needed. He made the sale! I have already recommended Moore Cadillac, and Steve specifically, to colleagues. Also, a big thanks to Mike, who facilitated the final dollar deal.

Overall it was a good experience. Trying get ahold of someone to speak with was a challenge. The vehicle was returned unwashed and not vacuumed which was disappointing. More importantly though I felt that I was provided all the pertinent information regarding the state of our vehicle and what may be needed.
