The service here is truly exceptional! ❣️ Everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and polite from the moment we arrived. Someone greeted us immediately and got our information. I was a complete hot mess arriving with a toddler, car seat, and a large box of belongings, and without even asking, multiple team members stepped in to help carry everything. They even arranged a complimentary Uber to get me back home! Eddy, our service advisor, was fantastic! His communication was excellent, and he kept me updated daily on the status of my vehicle. This has hands down been one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The team went above and beyond to make a stressful situation so much easier. I am very happy with the exceptional service I received from the sales team at Moore Cadillac. I am a veteran and I am very skeptical of car salesman because of many past experiences with dishonest salesmen. Moore sales team from the salesman, management and financial advisor were very straightforward, honest, professional and patient. I could have had a better experience. I questioned everything and they took the time to explain all aspects of the buying process and paperwork. Even though I have not taken delivery yet, I feel confident that it will be as smooth a process as the initial purchase. I would recommend Moore to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
