Bought our car here about a year ago - only second service - and the actual service seems reasonable. The issue is more the facility itself. Waiting for your car is not a productive experience. There is no where to work - I had to find a training room to sit in so I could have a flat surface to work on. The WiFi is horrible in both performance and reliability. My work VPN reconnects about every 3 minutes disrupting my connection. I was hoping for a comfortable/productive place to work remote while my car was here - sadly - that is not the case. Better off leaving the car and coming back when its ready

Took car over in the morning. It wasn't ready for pickup until the next day. Couldn't hardly get in touch with anyone to check the status. A similar situation happened last time I took it in, in January. Ended up picking it up before all the work was done.
