Generally a good experience. However, customers should be mindful that the services recommended are within their control and do not blindly accept. I’m disappointed that services recommended were already performed or were not close to being needed. For the inexperienced owner that is not car savvy, following the recommendations blindly is what they might do and spending money unnecessarily. All that said, Moore does the maintenance that I need correctly, which is important to me.

My service wait time was shorter than the time it took me to drive to the dealership (bypassed a dealership 10 minutes from my house). I was kept informed on the status of my vehicle. They appeared to struggle isolating an issue with a new car. They ordered parts (still not received/installed) so unknown if they fixed the problem. Got an estimate on body work to be done. Likely to get it completed but took them 2 days to create an estimate. Had to contact service department to get the status of the work being performed and when I could pick up my vehicle, instead of them let me know. They did provide uber from and to dealership, which was a positive. Overall a "GOOD" experience.
