I had my first 7500 mile oil change appointment on August 5, 2026. The first one was complementary so that was nice. I was a little shocked about the hour and a half wait time they let me know about ahead of time. However, coming from a 15 minute Jiffy Lube oil change, I know that my car was in better hands at Moore Cadillac. I told a work colleague/Escalade owner who takes his to King George about my wait time and he actually replied that’s all? I had no issues with resetting my oil on my informant screen and they did a wonderful job at washing off this summer dust from my car. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t vacuum the inside like the invoice says, but that’s OK I have a vacuum that I can do that with. Thanks for taking care of me and my XT6 Moore Cadillac, you guys are the best!

Quick, Efficient, Took care of what the car needed and was able to add on a quick extra service for a tire rotation. The courtesy car wash is great but I wish they would dry the car so it would not have water spots all over it and provide a vacuum. Small stuff that provides that wow after any type of service.

I was able to secure an appointment on a Saturday. My service advisor, Kraig, was very professional and compassionate, taking the time to explain everything and letting me know what needed urgent attention and what could wait. I truly appreciate his honesty. Thank you!

I took a 4 hour and 30 minute drive to this dealership. I must say that It was the best experience I purchasing a vehicle ever encountered. I saved a ton of money. The salesman name was Kevin and he was absolutely phenomenal. He moved very expeditiously through the process. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle and responded to any and every text I had within minutes if not seconds. He removed my concerns and replaced them with confidence. I have already recommended him and Moore Cadillac to several people looking to purchase a car and will definitely recommend anyone who is in the market to visit this location. . Terrible. This is the SECOND time that you guys lost the car antenna. When I called the service department, they noted that I needed to bring my back for verification. I live 15 away and to drive 30 miles trip for a an issue that have caused TWICE is not logical or practical

Probably the quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. In and out in less than two hours. It might’ve even been quicker but they detailed the new car and filled up the tank. Price of the vehicle was already very competitive and they honored the quote from CarMax on my trade. Didn’t add any points to the financing and I drove away very happy. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Mike, my sales guy, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very nice guy to chat with while we were waiting for certain steps in the process to be completed. Great place. Great people.
