My Service Rep, Emerson, was very knowledgeable about products and prices. This allowed me to make the best decision for my vehicle at the time.

When we bought the car at the dealership we were promised a loaner whenever the car goes in to get serviced. Whenever I call and ask for a loaner I am told they don’t have any, that all are taken. This go around I made an appointment a month out and was guaranteed we would get a loaner because we planned so far ahead. Sure enough, we show up and no loaner available. No record of a loaner having been requested even though it was promised and notated (allegedly) when the appointment was made. They just “didn’t have any loaners”. When we complained about that, magically a loaner appeared. I appreciated that, but why does something that was promised over and over again, have to be such a “special favor”. Whatever happened to just keeping your promises?

Do I sometimes pay a little bit more to take my XT6 to the Moore dealership? Yes, sometimes, but not always. I take it there for this primary reason. The professional service I recieve, and the knowledge that my car is being taken care of by qualified individuals using the best parts for my vehicle. I cannot stress the professional and curtious way you are handled from pulling into the service department to leaving. Everyone is incredibly pleasant to deal with, everyone is attentive to your needs. It's a polished experience from beginning to end. I will be a customer for a long time.
