Kevin Martin & Moore Cadillac – A Transparent, Honest, and Exceptional Experience Yesterday, my wife and I purchased a 2024 Cadillac LYRIQ Sport 3 AWD in Opulent Blue from Moore Cadillac Chantilly, and we could not be more pleased. From start to finish, Kevin Martin ensured the process was smooth, transparent, and tailored to our needs. Kevin’s knowledge of the LYRIQ was exceptional. He explained every feature, from one-pedal driving to Super Cruise, making the learning process seamless. While we are no strangers to tech, a vehicle like this can still be overwhelming. Kevin ensured we left fully comfortable with everything before driving off the lot. When it came to incentives, Kevin walked us through the pros and cons of taking the installation rebate versus the two years of free charging. Initially, we considered applying the rebate to lower the cost, but after discussing it with our electrician, we realized Kevin was right. It made more sense to opt for free charging, giving us greater flexibility. Now, we have our Level 2 charger installation scheduled in a few days and two years of free public charging. That insight alone proves how much Kevin was focused on helping us make the best decision rather than just closing a sale. Kevin also helped us get the best trade-in value for our vehicle. The purchase took longer than expected due to an issue with our bank’s AI-driven fraud detection system, which mistakenly flagged the transaction. The delay was entirely on the bank’s side. Despite this, Moore Cadillac remained patient and understanding. Many dealerships might have reacted differently, but Moore never pressured us or made us feel uneasy. They handled everything with professionalism, proving they prioritize their customers. One thing that sets Moore Cadillac apart is their non-commission-based sales model. I took my 2016 Cadillac SRX to get serviced at Moore Cadillac in Chantilly to diagnose an issue with the car. I’m glad I took it to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly instead of Lindsey Cadillac in Alexandria because Lindsey Cadillac has some shady people in their service department who always try to upsell me on services and I think they also lie about issues with the vehicle. Moore Cadillac service department is so much better. The process was so easy and Peter, the service representative, was professional and straightforward. They keep you informed throughout the entire process and even send you a video of the technicians doing the inspection so you can see for yourself. No pressure, no upselling, and no frustration. I will continue to drive the extra distance to Moore Cadillac in the future.

Essie was a great salesman. He let me take the vehicle for an extended test drive for my wife to try it. Only downside is I think the $899 processing fee is a bit high. I think $450 would be more appropriate for the service. Otherwise, good experience

I took the car for an alignment, but the car was still not totally moving straight and leaning towards the right when I was driving home. It does not look like the alignment has totally fixed the issue.
