Excellent experience buying a car. We hopped over here after a bad CarMax experience. They had the vehicle we were interested in pulled out in front of the dealership, ready for us to check out. The sales person, Alexis Portillo, was highly professional and the rest of the staff were great, as well. It was definitely a Cadillac dealership--highly polished and very customer-focused. We would definitely consider buying another vehicle from here.
Service on my Caddi was timely and fixed correctly
The crew was great. They found me an Escalade when there were few to be found. Secondly, every other Cadillac dealer was charging a $10k up charge because the Escalade’s are so popular. While I get the temptation to fleece people during a time of high demand, one would think that the reputation of the dealer and Cadillac would be more important than lying about price on the website. Moore does not do this! Finally, the salesman, Essie, went out of his way to get us what we needed.
Bottom line, I trust these guys. You might find a repair shop that charges a hundred or two less but why go to a shop that deals with ALL cars when you can go to a place that ONLY works on YOUR car!
My experience at Moore Cadillac was amazing! I was spoiled by my experience with my sales person, Tony. He was knowledgeable, super proactive and reliable. He was totally committed to helping me obtain my vehicle of choice (Escalade ESV) exactly how I wanted it. He coached me through the entire process and I couldn’t be happier with my new ride. Everything was great and the service personnel communicated throughout. I did sign up for vehicle appraisal but it was never received. I was surprised that many of the Moore personnel were not wearing masks.

Tony Soleiman……… he is the man!!!!! We were purchasing an 8 yr old SRX that is only valued at a fraction of what they typically sell !!!!!! Didn’t matter, same treatment as someone buying 120,000$ vehicle…… we didn’t come in contact but with 3 people while inside the dealership, Tony, another salesman who chatted with my wife while we were waiting and the finance manager who took care of the paperwork. I brought my 2016 Cadillac STX in for warranty repairs. Don in the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and dignity. I was given a beautiful loaner car while the repair was being completed and updated consistently regarding the progress and expected completion of the work performed. I picked up my car and everything was perfect. I appreciated everything Don and his technician did for me and especially appreciated the car wash.
