Took over a month to work out a deal on a used car. The salesman I worked with was not super attentive via email which was frustrating. When we finally got the deal worked out, I went to test drive the car. As the sales person was driving the car around he claimed the TPMS sensors “just came on.” In actuality I found out today at the post purchase inspection that it has no TPMS sensors and they will be $1800 to replace at the dealer. The check engine light on the vehicle also came on during my drive home. Good thing I was able to work a favorable deal because I am getting hit with a fat repair bill. I understand it’s a used car and sold as is, but be a bit weary buying a used vehicle from them.

Generally a good experience. However, customers should be mindful that the services recommended are within their control and do not blindly accept. I’m disappointed that services recommended were already performed or were not close to being needed. For the inexperienced owner that is not car savvy, following the recommendations blindly is what they might do and spending money unnecessarily. All that said, Moore does the maintenance that I need correctly, which is important to me.

They appeared to struggle isolating an issue with a new car. They ordered parts (still not received/installed) so unknown if they fixed the problem. Got an estimate on body work to be done. Likely to get it completed but took them 2 days to create an estimate. Had to contact service department to get the status of the work being performed and when I could pick up my vehicle, instead of them let me know. They did provide uber from and to dealership, which was a positive. Overall a "GOOD" experience.

I am updating that review now. The second time I scheduled, everything was handled correctly. I received a loaner, the work was done as it should have been, and Super Cruise on my vehicle is working. I gave a weak review when the ownership experience did not match the price of the vehicle. After they fixed the issue and ran service the right way, I am replacing that with a fair review. The Escalade itself was never the problem. Once the service department organized the second visit properly, the dealership stood behind the car.

We came in with the intention of ONLY looking at a Cadillac Escalade and somehow ended up driving one off the lot that very same day! That says everything about the incredible experience we had. Our salesman was Essie Nazemi and he is truly old school in the absolute best way. He believes in genuine relationships, a handshake, doing right by his clients, and providing a level of customer service that is becoming incredibly hard to find. He went above and beyond for us from beginning to end and even helped us navigate things outside of simply purchasing the vehicle. He was brilliant throughout the entire process and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled properly. At no point did we feel like we were just another sale. You can tell that he takes a lot of pride in the way he conducts business. The service personnel promptly met me and guided me to the waiting room. Although the wait time for the recall service was longer than expected, I was happy with the service provided by the dealership.

I have no idea how long it really takes to flush out a transmission system, but I was there for nearly 5 hours waiting. The end result is what appears to be a brand new car!
